What information do we collect about you?

The Bretzel Bakery does not collect the kind of data that facilitates individual identifiable profiling without the consent of the owner of that data. We collect and collate generic information on all of our Website traffic; this is only ever used or represented in aggregate format.

We need to keep that information to comply with our legal obligations and, where necessary, to protect our legitimate business interests.

No credit card information is ever stored on our servers. We use Stripe.com, one of the most secure and reputable payment processors available, for both payment and billing processes.

We collate information on all the website traffic that is represented in aggregate format through cookies. We use third parties such as Google Analytics to collect user information, including through the use of cookies. They help us to improve the website and to deliver many of the functions that make your browser experience more user friendly.
